Story behind the Blog

The world can be a frightening place at times and for several years i have struggled with anxiety and depression. Due to this, I've always pushed myself aside and neglected any type of self-care. Painting my nails, doing my hair, going for a walk, taking a day off for myself, all bring feelings of guilt within me, and that's something i need to change. I know i'm not the only one like this (I hope I'm not anyway) so I decided to set this blog up in order to have a space to document my journey to self-love. We're all in this together and I hope I can bring joy to even a few people by talking about 'real' issues and what self-care really means.
